Pricing

When the method of payment is approved at checkout, payments are immediately withdrawn. This transaction is followed by an emailed order summary. Also, a confirmation text is sent to the contact number provided in your customer’s order information. If an order is placed on a non-business day, it may take an additional 1-2 days to process before you see it populate in your bank statement.

Returns

Returns 

If you wish to send a return request, please send an email to sales@nomoons.com for review.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. NO MOONS will be unable to approve a return request.
  • All return requests must be sent to sales@nomoons.com within 7 days of item(s) arrival in order to be considered for a return. If Return Request is approved, NO MOONS will provided a Pre-Paid Shipping Label (standard shipping) that should be securely fastened to the original shipping package and postmarked 7 days from delivery. If the original packaging is damaged the customer is responsible for packaging cost.
  • NO MOONS will not accept returns if item(s) packaging has been opened.
  • If you’re returning an item(s) purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • After the returned item(s) have been shipped, received, processed, & reviewed at the NO MOONS warehouse, the refund process will commence & NO MOONS will notify the customer.

Exchanges
No Moons does not accept any exchanges. All sales are final.

*Please Note: Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above. All Pre-Paid Shipping Labels are Standard Shipping.

Refunds are only offered with proof of damaged or unopened merchandise. Shipping delays are not a valid reason for refunds; however, No Moons can provide the customer with a refund of shipping costs (if applicable).

Refunds
After you contact sales@nomoons.com, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund request. 


If your refund request is approved, the customer will return the merchandise to No Moons LLC. using a pre-paid return label (standard shipping). Once the merchandise has been received, processed & reviewed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

*Refunds are only offered with proof of damaged or unopened merchandise. Shipping delays are not a valid reason for refunds; however, No Moons can provide the customer with a refund of shipping costs (if applicable). If a refund request is granted, No Moons LLC. will send a pre-paid return label via email. You will have 7 business days to postmark & return the damaged merchandise after receiving the return label. After the merchandise is shipped back to No Moons LLC, received, processed, and reviewed, No Moons LLC. will issue the refund to the credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing can take an additional 2-3 business days depending on the bank.

At NO MOONS our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We do provide tracking services for all orders which can be selected at checkout. Please note that due to COVID-19 ALL SHIPPING TIMES have been delayed. Products generally arrive between 10-15 business days.At No Moons we source from multiple suppliers from all over the world. Sometimes, all items may not ship at once, don't worry your items aren't lost or out of stock. You can track your order by checking your email for shipping updates or by opting in to receive text notifications during the checkout process. Now you will receive shipping updates every step of the way. You can also visit NO Moons Tracking Page and insert your track ing ID to search for your order.

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturer processes the order, which takes an additional 2–4 days before your item is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, the tracking info will be emailed to you. You can also track your order by logging into the My Account section. Once logged in, you will see a list of all orders placed. Click on the order number to display the full order details. At the bottom of the page will be the tracking number and status of the order. Log into My Account to check the current status of your order. Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number.
